Level 5 Restrictions - What does this mean when attending an appointment in The Poynton SpineCare Institute

• Due to social distancing guidelines our waiting room space is very limited. We ask you to attend your appointment on your own. 

• We ask you to attend only 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time again this is due to maintain social distance guidelines.  We will not be able to facilitate entry to the clinic prior to same.

• Hand Hygiene facilities are available throughout the clinic and you will be encourage to make use of same.

• We will ask you check in at reception and accounts will be settled at this point. This will allow you to leave directly after consultation therefore minimising exposure time for yourself and the team at The Poynton SpineCare Institute

• Face masks/ coverings will be worn by clinical team during consultation and patients also must wear coverings/masks.

• As per National Health Guidelines we would ask that if you have any symptoms of Covid 19 or recent close contact you should not attend and can cancel/ reschedule by contacting our office by telephone or email
